Under this CDIA approach to voluntarism, ADRRI adopts international community entrance strategy and approach. ADRRI staff provides citizens in communities an insight about the way to take control of their well-being.
ADRRI staff facilitates community sessions and brings to bear, those inherent abilities of community members towards taking up the community development process. Citizens within communities in Ghana are involved in interactive processes to assess the impact of programmes and policies of central government on their various communities. The ADRRI staff then adopts the People Assessing Their Health process (PATH) to enable citizens within communities to develop their own CDIA tool for policy assessment.
