AFRICA DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH RESOURCES INSTITUTE is a Ghanaian non-governmental organization founded in 2010 and registered in 2012 by the Social Welfare Department of Ghana (DSW/5982). The organization has been founded on the basis of provoking research activities. The foundation is built on Six (6) thematic areas:
- Promoting quality universal basic and secondary education in the area of access and support in Ghana.
- Serve individuals and communities to reduce and eradicate extreme form of poverty in Ghana.
- Enhance quality of life through improved sanitation education in Ghana.
- Undertake research and action, focused on climate change impact on agriculture in Ghana.
- Assist communities through facilitation to have an insight on the asset of the community and policy impacts.
- Working as a policy Think Tank on matters of advocacy in development in general and policy education.
ADRRI has worked tremendously in baseline surveys in many communities to bring to light issues which have not attracted the attention of policymakers.
Currently, we are seeking collaborations to help improve many of our research we have been undertaking and therefore, we could provide some form of mitigation to our communities.

ADRRI has been registered as a Non-Governmental Organization(N.G.O.) (D.S.W./5982) and certified under the Ghana’s Companies Act,1963 (Act 179) as a company limited by guarantee with a registration code of CG015922012 and C0000739812 on the 25th Day of July 2012. The certificate to commence business having complied with the provision of sections 27 and 28 of the Companies Act, 1963 was signed which took effect from the 31st day of July 2012.
